 Back on the bench BUGGERI am joining Donna back on the bench
 Yeah Prolapsed Disk in my lower back  BUGGER No easter rides for me. Valium, panadine forte and TV lots and Lots of TV. BUGGER Seems the Callout Sunday was a bad thing. 13 hours straight on my feet carrying UPS's up 8 flights of stairs etc I cant drive the car without pain now. Had no issues on Saturday riding  _________________ Currently on the Bench @#$^@# But Normally an 09 WRF 450. BMW F650 Dakar |

Poor girl scared the shit outta her. I got out limping in peak hour traffic with a sore back and all. said "dont panic its custom fleet" No damage to the work car but hers is stuffed. _________________ Currently on the Bench @#$^@# But Normally an 09 WRF 450. BMW F650 Dakar |

I still got a few weeks here I reckon, still can't push up out of a squat ...but I reckon that is half due to the muscle wastage that has occured from not using the dam leg. CT scan on wedsesday for me. 5 days of TV and book reading... I had a plan to visit the folks at cooroy go on a few rides and get into the garden over easter. TV will have to do I suppose.
