Beautiful mate.....

Tell me with that tail light/ number plate holder is there a steel frame that holds the tail light up (IE runs along the fender and bolts onto the allo frame.

I am fitting one now and looks like I have to leave the steel frame off... No biggy though..

You know the clark tank is going to make it look wrong though!

Simon
I'll be playing with the number plate holder tomorrow night if all goes to plan. I'm hoping to join you Saturday. It looks like I've found a way to keep the metal frame (it really braces the rear guard), keep the plastic (non ADR) for under the tail/brake light, and include a small LED number plate light plus red reflector. I'll post it up if all goes to plan, and I'll keep the template.
Mark

Wont be for a while as the wrist is still pretty stuffed.

Unless you like to lead and have me putter around sitting on my arse the whole way in 1st,2nd gear.

I am guessing 3-4 weeks before she is good to go.

Hey Mark, Would be good to see the outcome. How the arm / scars?

Simon, Here the one I talked to you when we were picking Mark up off the ground last ride. It the GYTR one from Yamaha for under $40. Better than the pastic shite ones you see on ebay for $49. I spent an hour and a half making mine, shaping 8mm teflon to suit before finding this one, time not well spent. Its made from aluminium. Has mounts for the blinkers. It bolts under the existing tail light.

cheers

Yep thats the one I was fitting tonight

The metal frame that usually mounts to the tail light? number plate holder now has no where to bolt up.

I will see what Mark does to overcome this. I have left off the metal frame for the time being
