Headed up to MANAR ride park with the family for 4 day weekend.

Arrived Thursday after they had 50mm of rain Wednesday night. Tracks were prime and creeks were flowing nicely all over the 15000 cattle property.

The Bertys team consisted of the usual suspects mum on her quad.

MANAR has a variety of MX tracks from kids to Super Cross so it caters for all your jumping needs. Best for me was the 4 enduro loops ranging from 19 - 48km. All perfectly marked and directional, so you could blast without worrying about some idiot coming the other way. Not really an issue on Thursday and Friday as we were the only on in the whole park. There is also over 20km novice loops for the less adventuress or new riders.
Manar backs on to the Boyne river so a mid day swim was on the cards each day.

Camping facilities were first class for a ride park and we had our spot to ourselved all weekend. They even delivered dinner at night to your camp site on the back of their quad.

The 4 day weekend cost me a total of $70 yep $70 which inlcuded riding for 3 of us plus three nights camping. It is cheap if you have kids cause you are considered carers, and don't have to pay full day rates.
I managed to clock up well over 300km for the weekend. The PW did 170km for the weekend and came back with no back brakes, sticky throttle and very tired rider.
If you would like a great weekend with the family or friends this is the best ride park I have ever been too. It caters for everyone. It also is 4wd heaven if you like that stuff. The 4wd part is totally seperate to the ride areas for safety.
Top weekend all round.

Rasing Kids is like being pecked to death by chickens - extremely slow and painful.

Great stuff! It really is a family friendly park.

I was out there a month or so ago and had a blast. No camping though, stayed in the shipping container cabins which was comfy and had a fridge etc.

Heading out again before christmas, can't wait!

Been there about 6 times so far. Great place with good facilities especially when you're the only group in the park. Shouldn't be missed.
