Post Prep for a 2 day ride
As it is so quiet in here, thought I would post up :wav

I'm going on a 2 day ride in a couple of weeks with Overlanders. My thoughts at the moment are:

a) what do I need to do/check on the bike?

b) what spares should I take?

c) don't worry about it, the TTR will go forever just worry about yourself making it! BangHead

I changed the oil last weekend. The chain had a good clean 2 weekends ago with only one 35km ride since. Front brakes were checked not that long ago and i have a spare set of pads. Back brakes squeek a bit but I think there is still some meat on there.

Spares I have: Brake lever, clutch lever, brake cable, chain link, back brake pads with a little bit of meat on them, front brake pads.

Anything else I need to do or take as spares?

Cheers
Me :wave

Hi April,

I'd definatley put spare tubes and tyre levers on that list!

(Unless your running mousse tubes...)

Have fun!!!!! icon_thumright
