Oooooh, 2008 chasis...... I just spent 20 hours sorting mine out. At least I know what KTM did wrong with this bike.

Is your front end deflecting of pebbles?

Does it railroad you in mud or sand?

Find even small hits jarr your wrists?

I have the answers......

after fitting the 500 the front end is never on the ground long enough for those things to occur.

So enlighten me, i have 09 450 (don't think forks are any different to the 08). Still stock suspension and any advice will help me getting it set up.

2009 exc's had the forks fixed, but the shim stacks aren't great.

Just comparing the two...about 9000 rpm less, 3 times the speed. :D
