Put 103ks on husky today, through mainly gravel roads and here is what i think so far.

Weigh - (there is none) it feels like a small kids bike.
Handling -Haven't tried it in tight stuff yet but i reckon it will be brillant.
Power - It has enough to keep most people happy.
Sound - Awesome for a little motor with the restricter out.
Ride it all day - Probably not maybe the 450 dontknow
Beginners bike - Not a raw beginner

Would i buy one ? Now here is were it gets interesting.
If the 450's handled and felt like this baby bike i would say yes.

This would be an ideal bike (if you had 2 bikes) for big rides were you do 2 loops.Wear yourself out on the big bangers then jump on this and it would be an easy end to the day.

WILL i buy one as my next bike ?

And apparantly you are suppose to TURN THE KEY OFF AND PULL IT OUT IN SHOPPING CENTRES.
Yep flatend battery in town, hit killswitch got off walk away, come back 2 hrs later when to start nothing.Look down key in ignition flat battery. But 2 kicks and away we go.
Must have thought i was back in longreach i think.

We've all left the key on at one point or another! Unless it's a girl thing?

I have the same Husky and love it. I agree with you about the stand.
I kept it that way for a while but the knob on the stand is gone, much better.
I've let a couple of more talented riders have a ride on my husky over single trail.
Looks on there faces priceless, at what this little bike to them, big bike to me is like and can do.
Enjoy it as I do mine.

Fuel at the cars in a jerry.Plan to do 1st loop about 85ks refuel then if you guys want a run through to pub (Still forest tracks except about 4 ks bitumen) for a chrissy beer and back by about 3.00 o clock.

Also ray no dust is probably a GOOD assumtion.

Make sure you bring your helmet cam as there will be plenty of blokes parting company with there steeds on the red clay (probably including myself).

Will be in touch tomorrow nite with meeting place.

cheers steve

This is what one of our tracks is like normally before it rains.Check out about 1 min in (this is riding on the flat not a hill) .Yippeee
Yes it will be mayhem but it will be all good
