Post Broken case saver mount
Hey guys. need some help with this little dilema. I picked up a stone in my chain last ride and only just noticed this damage when i went to put on a new case saver. Its pushed the chain forward and broken the mount for the top stud that holds the case saver on... Looking for some advice..

Can it be welded in place
does the motor have to come out.
does the motor have to come out and be split then welded up.

Chemi weld is out of the qustion. i dont want to dodge this one up. it will get fixed properly....

I heard freaky is the master welder.... Any thoughts...

Id say your bolt was too long and when tighting it up you've bottomed it out and pulled / cracked it away.

as dale said. weld and re-tap it. easy!
