We started a little latter 5.45,usual loop along the river up fishermans
into a few hill nothing for Michael but for me a different story i hate

Headed over to Alex heads for a scenic ride along the beach walk.

From here of for Duggmuffins and they were great as usual icon_thumright but must
say the park was a little disgusting, bins full grass high, bloody council bootyshake .

then we went pass the Ditchy crash site to show Michael :o ,then looped around to home
was a great ride as always, and thanks to Michael for the company was fun.

All up 25 k,s of the most extreme road ridding ever headbang
