Post The Michaelf & Freak & Daisy duke ride
We started a little latter 5.45,usual loop along the river up fishermans
into a few hill nothing for Michael but for me a different story i hate
hills.

Headed over to Alex heads for a scenic ride along the beach walk.

From here of for Duggmuffins and they were great as usual icon_thumright but must
say the park was a little disgusting, bins full grass high, bloody council bootyshake .

then we went pass the Ditchy crash site to show Michael :o ,then looped around to home
was a great ride as always, and thanks to Michael for the company was fun.

All up 25 k,s of the most extreme road ridding ever headbang

Yes well, cold early start for us but soon warmed up Dale has a selection of bitumen which has a bit of everything
like his beerburrum tours :)
But lucky I had a new back knobby on as we did do a little off road

All 20 metres :D
Highlight would be the Duggmuffins, good stuff and thanks mate hello2
Lowlight, the park we ate em in. What do those council blokes do all day dontknow
Anyway good warm up for the beach ride and good way to start the day.
