LOVE THE PIC THATS SWEET,I FEEL SORRY,BUT NOW YOU HAVE A STORY TO TELL, ALL ABOUT THE BEGINNERS RIDE AND TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE YOU WEREN'T A BEGINNER

When he was at Nambour Hospital the day it happened, when he said it was a beginners ride the nurses were horrified at the thought that he was teaching a heap of kids how to ride and they got a short lesson in what not to do  until he explained that it was just a few people riding up and down a hill and no kids were watching.

Growing old is inevitable. Thankfully growing up is still an option! Hope it heals quick Adam.

I must have laned with all my weight on right heel. My boot hit the ground hard enough to rip the calcaneus bone (aka heel) away from the foot and shattering it into 7 pieces.

The reason the stitches are so far apart is they had to cut the bone to realign the two and then screw and plate it all in place, after cutting the bone it it has to be able to bleed out for the first 24hrs :?

Hence the birth of Frankenfoot

Cheers
