Who has done theres before ....i still cant use my arm fully since i torn mine at a ride at mt mee 8 weeks ago..

but i dont want to stop riding is this normal dontknow

in the pool today i thought i would try and have a swim // O NO U CANT said my right shoulder Ouch!!!! as i still cant swing it over like in swiming motion...

I have the lump still sticking out on my shoulder does not seem to go down.

Here is a link to the problem http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cyber ... cjoint.htm

..im presuming many of us at TRA have had 1 ..Those times when you cant touch the ground on a hill and throw yourself off is probably a good way of getting these injurys, or going over the bars and landing on ya shoulder is prolly 2nd best way to atract this painfull FN injury, eheh

Boys at work still see me in agony everyday at work when i reach a certain height laying bricks...

on the bike is not as bad but it does limit ones skills

So who has done there AC and how long did it take to repair ..

Mines still playing up - 20+ yrs after the initial injury, now its getting a bit of arthritis in it they say. Can do most things just doesnt like my arm working above the shoulder for extended periods.

WARNING - If this injury is neglected and allowed to heal out of place this could increase the wear and tear on your joint causing you problems in the future - Love that good old military and their failure to do anything when it happened - explains everything cussing
