Post heres a pic of the new bike.
picked up today, stock as the day it left yammie.. 4600klms mostly road and in good shape.. couple of areas where paint has rubbed through on frame(usual places i suspect!)..runs fine , battery was goosed but had a bigger capacity one from the husky which spins it over easily and its easy to kick anyway.. 1st/2nd and its a goer !
main difference ? weight ! size/power. weight is miles less, power is a fair chunk less agressive but still has some half decent poke ! and it feels much lighter underneath me..

needs, barkbusters, handguards, bashplate. if anyone has these for sale, let me know..

also going to change oil (need to find drain and are they seperate gearbox and engine ? )

any other tips and tricks for these would be good as in uncorking , cheap mods for power release as its basre bones stock ! icon_biggrin

actually really like it !! :P doesnt have the bling husky parts but i like it nonetheless. !

Oil tank is the front of the frame. The engine is dry sump.

Start bike and run for 3 mins or so. 12mm bolt at the Y section of the frame near front of engine. Drain here. Fill at top of frame near handle bars.

ALLWAYS run bike before checking oil.

Get a manual or google it. I just found a short vid on how to change the oil. Sorry closed page before saving link.
