Yeah solid 40mm, it also punched the bearings out of the hub!! and bent the wheel.

I've upgraded it this time to 45mm with ford bearings(1500kgs).

Not having a crack at you Mick but is that steel used or new? Looks rusty in the welds of both breaks. Could just be the picture though dontknow

Cracka are you talking about this piccy? If so thats mud packed in the rhs. The trailer has been hot dip galvanised so there is no chance of rusting(except where i have had to do the repairs).

On Galvanised trailers i don't use a galvanised axle or springs(although the fitting kit is gal) its just plain too expensive and its not really an issue for rust, with most trailers(maybe except boat trailers) rust is only an issue in the body.

Nice CRF make sure your air filter is seated correctly, run valve saver and when the valves close up go stainless steel.
