Post Who else has had crap service from Pyramidparts.com ????
Firstly they say that orders are sent same day as payment, but just got an email today say the parts are sent (paid on monday). But even before that they wouldn't reply to emails for 2 days, quoted me the wrong price on the parts, and still wouldn't answer my questions regarding thier products.

I should have learnt the first time after it took over a week to get my parts last time and then they were the wrong parts for my bike. So had to wait another week to get the right parts.

Definatly won't be dealing with them again........

If you paid using pay-pal. It can take up to 4 working days to clear on there end. Your bank statement will show that you paid straight away. But it takes a while for pay-pal to clear it. So items will be posted on cleared payment. Apart from that, Ive never had any dramas with them at all. One more thing. They would have 100s upon 100s of E-mails everyday and over night. I know its a pain, But be patient, they will come threw.

Not sure about that because everytime someone has paid me via PayPal it's instant. Unless you withdraw it to you bank account then that can take a few days. Either way they should clarify that on their website.

Well I knew I should have just gone genuine.

The parts turned up yesterday and after trying to install myself with no luck, I took them to scott at pro honda today and then find out that half the parts are wrong. The lower bush is too small and also the dust seal is too big angry5

So now it is costing me an extra $70 to get the right parts (plus labour) from Pro and hopefully they will be here by saturday so I can ride on Sunday.

I would strongly reccomend to avoid these guys as there parts are crap, service is even worse and just a joke of a company...........

Yeah was going to get the all balls kit, but it would have come from the states and wouldn't have been here in time.
