Hope it all went well for you Simon, and you mend nice a quick.

I had my 6 week post op visit (2nd disc surgery in 18 months) to Briz Brain and Spine on Monday. Had to drop another $500 on CT and xray, but finally given the go ahead to start back rehab. So hopefuly only 6 weeks or so until I get bike ready :wav

I CAN"T WAIT TO GET OFF THE BENCH!

With 2 leg ops and 2 back ops over last 5 years, I seemed to have spent more time on the bench than on the bike.

Thanks guys nice to see the support :wav

they have let me out and the op went well.

I am home now by my self (thank god for the quiet!!!!!!) and am almost (not quite) putting up with the pain.

give it a few more days and I should be more mobile.

St Andrews has its Fair share of very pretty Nurses. Mind you the only one that offered to help shower me was named "Scottie" and did not fall into that catagory.

The leg pain is GONE :wav :wav :wav :wav :wav :wav :wav :wav :wav

To be replaced with Back pain and this will go so all in all :D

Good to hear mate.

The localized pain around the op will take about 5 or so days to go away fully. It gets better each day.

Its funny how all of sudden you can walk and feel normal again after suffering siatic pain 24hrs a day.

Good luck with the rest of the recovery. :wav
