Although i,m a bit dubious about some of these things coz they wan,t all your details and then they know where your bike lives dontknow

700acres isn't that big. If it was square it would be 1.7km x 1.7km. Landcruiser mountain park is 10,000acres.

Blackduck was 700 acres and 1hr-ish west of Brisbane.

its very small take you all of 20 min to get around. i think belthorpe stae forest is 32000 acres,

35 bucks for what.... to ride tracks in for other people

I think the "Medium to experienced riders (sorry NO LEARNERS) " rules out any kids.

The only time I pay to ride is if I take my boy dontknow

I don't think a ridepark that's not family friendly will be too successful.
