there the same as the ktm 350 you have to rev the shit out of them. there more designed for racers who have the things wide open . ktm says feels like a 250 with the power of a 450 THATS BOLLOCKS !! i have rode a few ,rode my mates at the weekend just feels like a heavy 250 with a pipe on it. but saying that the 350 with a pipe and the mapping set up should be a good bike .

Yeah, you should ride my 350 Shaun. You'll be amazed at what a throttle body insert and a re-map can do. My 350 with 14/52 gearing pulls away from a stock 350 with 13/52 plus it has heaps more torque off the bottom so it can be lugged around, especially on hills.

Dave will give you a call Monday to book it in as paid for it yesterday. Interested to chat about yours as that extra torque will be a good thing for my (lack of) ability.

i will take you up on that offer cheers dave !! love the idea of the 350 but every time i ride one the torque on the big hills just not there . i know a few racers who have them and say there awsome but there wide open every where plus up and down hills crazy fast

Shaun thanks for that.!!!! Really interesting. Good to hear they suggested the FMF pipe as getting a quote on one Monday but am thinking it will be ex USA with one of those inserts which should give me way more than I need and after the mapping it should be primmed to scare the crap outa me :) Piston/cam and gasket MAYBE when its top end time. Now I best learn how to ride. Diet and exercise program has started. :) :)

Dave do you reckon their mod to the throttle body might be similar in nature to the one insert that is going into mine?
